Kevin J. Lindsley | Attorney at Law

Kevin Lindsley began his legal career clerking for a Superior Court Judge in Santa Barbara, California. There, he developed a passion for the criminal justice system and gained invaluable insight into the judicial decision making process. While studying the law, Kevin worked at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office, the Alameda County District Attorney's Office and the United States Attorney's Office in San Francisco. At these prosecutors' offices, he handled criminal cases ranging from DUI to felony narcotics crimes and tried his first case to verdict in Federal District Court, all while still in law school. Kevin graduated with honors from the prestigious University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he earned several academic awards recognizing his skill in criminal trial and appellate advocacy. After receiving his law degree, Kevin worked at the San Diego District Attorney's Office in the Appellate Division, handling writs, appeals, and petitions for inmates challenging their 25 to life prison sentences under the California "Three Strikes" Law. He then started his own law practice, which focuses exclusively on indigent criminal defense and court appointed writs & appeals.
